*(𝐘/𝐍) 𝐩𝐨𝐯*

The sun rose to meet the full glory of the sky as I looked out the window of my bedroom window, yeah I have a room now. Usually, when you're a prisoner you're supposed to live inside your owner's accessory until they summon you but hey, I got a nice owner.

Hearing my bedroom door creak open I turned around to see Meliodas with a freshly cleaned pair of the taverns work clothes folded in one hand. Turning towards me he smiled causing me to smile back. "Good morning Meliodas, how did you sleep?" I asked as I walked towards him with an outstretched hand as I waited for him to give it to me, but he shook his head with a perverted smile, shit.

"No can do (Y/N) because today I decided to dress you up! Just like old times, how does that sound?" Meliodas announced with a bigger smile, does his cheeks never stop hurting? Sighing, I went to the middle of the room as I began to take off my sleeping gown, and once it has fallen to the floor with me having nothing on except for a bra and undergarments Meliodas walked towards me as he put the uniform and buttoned it up while putting the skirt on me as well.

I know I know, it's different from the others but Meliodas insisted and I can not say no to his request,  sadly. As he finished he grabbed the brush from my nightstand and began to brush my (H/L) (H/C) hair while humming while I just sat in my bed looking at the wall with a neutral face.

Giving a satisfied hum Meliodas grabbed my hand and turned me around as he hugged me, pulling back but not before giving me a peck on the cheek and I did the same as well. Both of us walked downstairs as Momma Hawk began to dig herself down to the dirt. As Meliodas was fixing stuff up behind the counter Hawks came running at me with tears in his eyes.

"(Y/N)! (Y/N)! I had the worst of dreams! I was dreaming that I was being roasted alive!" Hawks said as he was desperately looking for my warmth as I gladly gave it to him with a hug. As I was soothing his back I heard footsteps approaching the taverns front door causing me to let go of Hawks as I stood up straight with a gentle smile on my features, damn do I look good today.

Men opened the door as they laughed amongst themselves about something that I did not know of. They sat down as I quickly took their orders with professional like speed and bringing them to Meliodas. I repeated this over and over again until a group of men came in and sat down at a table laughing like everyone else. With a smile, I walked towards them while hugging the metal plate close to me, cause you know, waitress stuff.

With a closed eye smile, I said, "Hello dear guests, what would you like to have in this wonderful morning?" The men looked up at me as one spoke, "Um, I would like the special. What about you guys?" The others nodded and then looked back at me as I gave a nod as well. "Okay then! Would you like anything else?" They shook their heads, "Alright then, your order will arrive shortly!"

Walking to the counter I looked around for Meliodas only to not see him where he usually is. With a confused look, I looked behind the counter only to still not see him there, that is until I felt something touching my ass. Turning around I saw Meliodas under my skirt as I sighed in disappointment, pervert.

"Meliodas, someone wants the special order so can you please stop looking under my skirt and go back to cooking?" Feeling my skirt do down Meliodase's sad face appeared as he did puppy dog eyes at me making me sigh yet again, picking him up I brought him to my chest as he gladly hugged back tightly.

Though letting him go was the hard part, as I tried to pry him out of me he kept a tight grip though, in the end, I was able to pull him off of me and land hi behind the counter as he sulked walked to the kitchen.

Looking back to the customers I went back to my job, not aware of the following events.

After the men were given their food they spit it out as they began to yell at me, though Meliodas came right on time and told them to back off with his sword as a little hint to not mess with him or me and they immediately backed off and then called Hawks to clean up the mess.  As I was walking towards a table a man burst into the tavern panting with sweat on his face with a terrified expression.

"I-Its real!" Everyone turned towards the man as I did too, and with that, he sat down at a table as Meliodas gave him a drink to calm his nerves, "I'm not joking! I saw him with my own eyes. I'm absolutely sure of it. It's the Wandering Rust Knight." As the other men looked at him with interest another man from another table spoke up, "It's a rumor that's been floating around recently."

Then another man spoke up about the topic that was at the same table as the still panicky person, "There's no way something like that exits. It's just something we make up to scare the children. 'Don't tell so many lies, if you do, the blood rusted knight of the Seven Deadly Sins will come get you.' right?"

"The Seven Deadly Sins?" Turning to the counter Meliodas was the one to speak up next with the men that were talking turning towards him as well. "The young owner here doesn't know the story?" Then the men next to him spoke next, "You even have a poster of them. You know, the one over there." Turning towards the poster board there it was, the wanted posters of the Seven Deadly Sins as well as one with a young beautiful woman, oh isn't that me? No wonder.

"It was 10 years ago, right? When many of the Holy Knights that gathered from all over the kingdom lost their lives. It was a huge ordeal. Those are the murderers there. They're known as the Seven Deadly Sins. The great Holy Knight was murdered so brutally that you could barely recognize him anymore. Their captain and his partner, Meliodas and (Y/N), were the worst of the bunch. There's a rumor that both of them destroyed part of the country single-handily."

The other man spoke again, "They still haven't been caught yet, have they?" "Yeah, not a single one of them." then the other man from the next table spoke up, "Some rumor is going around that they've died already, though." Then another man argued back, "There's no way they're dead. The Holy Knights wouldn't have just let them go." "Yeah, that's true. Even though the King passed away due to an illness, the Holy Knights are doing a pretty good job protecting the kingdom."

The man who still had a fearful expression began to say, "But these wanted posters are renewed every year. Maybe there's a chance they're still alive" The bar quieted down because of his statement, though the man from before spoke up. "Even if they are, it's a bit of a stretch to say there's a knight in rusty armor wandering around, don't you think?" Once he finished saying that the others began to laugh out loud from what he has said. "Yeah, your right." Then a loud clank sounded from outside the tavern door as I quickly looked there as well as everyone else.

The loud clanking was getting closer and closer to the tavern door as Hawks made a comment about it, saying something about it really smelling like rusty armor, and just when he finished talking the door was slowly opened as the Wandering Rust Knight appeared as it took one step into the tavern. "The...Seven...Deadly...Sins." It said in a deep voice, "He's here!" Everyone yelled out in fear as they ran out of the tavern quicker than I could blink. Though there was something off about its scent, sure I smelled a strong scent of rusted armor but...

Turning around at Meliodas I could spot Hawks quivering in fear, as well as tiny bullets of sweat, were rolling down his face, though the face of Meliodas looked serious. As he jumped over the counter he was getting in an attack stance, though before he could do anything I put a hand to his chest as I stared straight at the Rusted Armor dude. Walking towards him he also walked towards me, though he began to sway until he fell, though I was able to catch him before anything else could happen. Still, his helmet fell off revealing that he was not actually a he but a she, and this she was none other this Princess Elizabeth.
